JavaScript Required

This site has a strict requirement for JavaScript, please follow the below directions in order to enable JavaScript.

You WILL NOT be able to access this site until you enable JavaScript and "Refresh" this page.

How to Enable Javascript

Chrome

Please complete the following instructions to activate and enable JavaScript in Chrome.

    Windows
  • Select Customize and control Google Chrome (wrench Icon) to the right of the address bar
  • From the drop-down menu, select Options
  • Select the Under the Hood tab at the top of the window
  • Under the Privacy heading, select the Content settings button
  • On the left, under the features heading, select JavaScript
  • Select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button
  • Finally, close both preference windows, and refresh the browser
    Macintosh
  • Select the Chrome menu item from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.
  • From the drop-down menu, select Preferences...
  • Select the Under the Hood tab at the top of the window
  • Under the Privacy heading, select the Content settings button
  • On the left, under the features heading, select JavaScript
  • Select the Allow all sites to run JavaScript radio button
  • Finally, close both preference windows, and refresh the browser

Internet Explorer

  • In the Tools drop-down menu, select Internet Options.
  • Next, select the Security tab.
  • Then, select the earth (Internet) icon.
  • Then select the Custom Level button.
  • Locate Scripting near the bottom of the list.
  • Under Active Scripting, select Enable, then hit OK.
  • Answer yes to the following conformation box.
  • Hit OK to close the Internet Options window.
  • Finally, hit refresh on your browser window to enjoy the javascript.

Mozilla Firefox

  • Select Tools | Options... from the main menu.
  • Select Content button from the top row of options.
  • Select "Enable JavaScript." (You do not need to enable Java, but it is OK if you do.)
  • Note: You may wish to install the NoScript extension for Firefox to control which sites can run JavaScript.

Safari

  • Select Preferences from the Safari menu.
  • Select Security tab at the top.
  • Make sure "Enable JavaScript" is checked.

Opera 8 and 9

  • Select Tools | Quick Preferences ... from the main menu.
  • Make sure "Enable JavaScript" is checked.

Opera 6 and 7

  • Select File | Preferences... from the main menu.
  • Click Multimedia.
  • Under the "JavaScript" heading, select "Enable JavaScript."

Konqueror

  • Select Configure Konqueror from the Settings menu.
  • Make sure "Enable JavaScript globally" is checked under the Java & Javascript tab.

Netscape 6.x and 7.x (Mozilla 1.0)

  • Select Edit | Preferences… menu item from the main menu.
  • Click on the Advanced label displayed in the list of options on the left hand side of the Preferences window that pops up.
  • On the right hand side select the checkbox marked Enable Javascript for Navigator.
